Description: intense straw yellow color with golden hues; on the nose it is very rich and evolving, giving aromas of white flowers, apple, peach, pear, tropical fruit and citrus, with the refreshing support of an exuberant mineral and smoky vein, on a background composed of herbs, vanilla, butter, woody, almond and honey; on the palate, it is a warm, creamy, enveloping and structured chardonnay, in which a distinct freshness and renowned savoriness are pleasantly contrasted with notes of sweet spices and butter, offering a very fresh and prolonged finish dominated by citrus. Best enjoyed with fish, pasta dishes, white meat or meditation wine.
