Description: Intense straw yellow color. The nose recalls aromas of white flowers, white currants and tropical fruits such as pineapple and citrus, with an evolution of sensations of mint and sage. The palate is firm, warm, with a finish characterized by a pleasant mineral note. Recommended to be enjoyed with shellfish or cheese.
