Description: The wine collection is a project created to bring the grape variety to its maximum qualitative expression with vines of an average age of 25 to 35 years. The color is straw yellow with some greenish reflections, a very concentrated wine in fact the nose is generous starting from notes of tropical fruit to herbs, sweet spices, mineral and toasted undertones.On the palate elegant, rich in structure but always soft, a juicy sip, accompanied by freshness and minerality and closing with a lingering finish and a slightly smoky aftertaste. A wine of great versatility to be enjoyed with complex and seasoned fish dishes, white meats and even aged cheeses.
